A serious traffic accident in Gudja left a motorcyclist with severe injuries after being struck by a Ford Transit Van.
The incident occurred at 10 a.m. on Triq Bir Miftuħ. The motorcyclist, a 54-year-old man from Għaxaq, was hit by the van driven by a 32-year-old Indian man. Despite the severity of the collision, the van driver emerged unscathed.
Emergency services promptly arrived at the scene, and the injured motorcyclist was transported to the hospital for urgent medical care. The extent of his injuries has not been disclosed, but they are reported to be serious.
Police are currently investigating the accident.
