Ingredients:
- Approximately 454 grams chicken tenderloins
- Approximately 60 grams Italian dressing
- Approximately 21 grams honey
- Approximately 15 grams lime juice
- Approximately 3 grams garlic powder
- Approximately 3 grams onion powder
- Approximately 3 grams salt
- Approximately 1 gram black pepper
Directions:
- In a suitable mixing bowl, combine the Italian dressing, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Place the chicken tenderloins in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow non-reactive dish. Pour the prepared marinade evenly over the chicken.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and transfer to the refrigerator. Allow the chicken to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes, or for an enhanced flavor profile, marinate for up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Carefully remove the chicken tenderloins from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Arrange the marinated chicken in a single layer within the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping the tenderloins halfway through the cooking time, until the chicken is fully cooked and exhibits a desirable grilled appearance. Ensure the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 74°C (165°F).
- Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken tenderloins from the air fryer basket. Allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy immediately.
