For the Beef:
- 500 grams beef (rib steak, flank steak, or fillet), cut into thick strips
- 30 grams soy sauce
- 15 grams sesame oil
- 21 grams honey or brown sugar
- 5 grams chopped garlic
- Black pepper, to taste

- 30 grams mayonnaise
- 15 grams soy sauce
- 15 grams tahini or sesame puree (or peanut butter)
- 5 grams rice vinegar or lemon juice
- Water, as needed to dilute (optional)
- Garlic powder, ginger, or chili pepper, to taste

- Hot white rice (jasmine or basmati)
- Chives or chopped green onion, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
- Chili flakes, for garnish (optional)
Preparation:

Marinate the Beef:
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey or brown sugar, chopped garlic, and black pepper.
- Add the beef strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour.

Cook the Beef:
- Heat a frying pan or grill over high heat.
- Remove the beef from the marinade and sear the strips in the hot pan or on the grill.
- Cook for a few minutes on each side until nicely browned and caramelized to your desired level of doneness.

Prepare the Sauce:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, tahini or sesame puree (or peanut butter), and rice vinegar or lemon juice.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a little water, one teaspoon at a time, until it reaches a smooth and pourable consistency.
- Season with garlic powder, ginger, or chili pepper to your preference.

- Place a serving of hot white rice in a bowl.
- Arrange the grilled beef strips on top of the rice.
- Generously drizzle the creamy sauce over the beef.
- Garnish with chopped chives or green onion, and optionally sprinkle with sesame seeds and chili flakes.
