125g fusilli pasta

Golden drop olive oil

1 Maltese sausage

A splash of white wine

½ an onion, chopped

200g mushrooms, sliced

250g tomato sauce

75g cucina d’oro cooking sauce

80g Fior di Vita four cheese blend

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Heat a pan and drizzle with olive oil. Cook the Maltese sausage on both sides until browned and cooked through. Once finished, remove the sausage from the pan and set it aside.

Add a little more olive oil to the same pan and sauté the chopped onion until it becomes translucent.

Add the sliced mushrooms and continue to cook until they have reduced in size.

Pour in the white wine to deglaze the pan.

Stir in the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Return the cooked sausage to the pan with the sauce.
