Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden have initiated a federal class action lawsuit against music icon Madonna, as reported by Billboard. The suit, filed in Brooklyn on January 17th, centers around three of Madonna’s New York City Celebration Tour shows, which allegedly started significantly later than their scheduled 8:30 P.M. time. This delay, according to the plaintiffs, not only breached the contract with ticket holders but also violated New York state laws. Describing the situation as “a wanton exercise in false advertising, negligent misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices,” the attorneys for Fellows and Hadden emphasize the grievances of the fans who were left waiting for over two hours.
