Ingredients:
- Approximately 454 grams ground pork or beef
- Approximately 15 grams vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- Approximately 15 grams soy sauce
- Approximately 15 grams oyster sauce
- Approximately 15 grams Shaoxing rice wine (optional)
- Approximately 13 grams brown sugar
- Approximately 2 grams black pepper
- Approximately 300 grams Bok Choy, chopped
- Approximately 30 grams sesame oil (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine (if using), brown sugar, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Add the chopped Bok Choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted but still crisp-tender.
- Drizzle with sesame oil (if using) before serving.
