Ingredients:

 

  • 6 chicken wings

  • 1 small clove garlic

  • 1 scallion

  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp. honey

  • 2 tsp. rice-wine vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp. grated ginger

  • 1/2 tsp. oriental sesame oil

  • Pinch of cayenne

  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander or parsley

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Remove the wing tips and cut the wings in half at the joint.

  2. Mince the garlic and scallion.

  3. In a microwave-safe dish, combine the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, oil, and cayenne.
